How much will you charge to collect my bike?
If we agree to collect your vehicle, We will not charge you, providing it is within mainland England, Scotland or Wales. There are no additional administration or hidden charges.

How do I get paid?
We do bank transfer usually which clears before we leave your premises, cash is sometimes an option too.

How soon can you collect?
Depends on your location usually within 3-4 days but in any event no longer than 10-14 days. Same-day collections are usually available within 25 miles.

Do you need the Vehicle Registration Document (Logbook/V5)?
Ideally (and preferably) yes but it is not essential for us to collect your bike. It is also preferable to have the keys too. However, we do not buy or collect stolen bikes or bikes we have reason to believe are stolen or where the frame and/or engine numbers have been removed!

How much will you pay for my bike
It obviously depends on the make, model, year and condition of motorcycle and also your location, please email us as much information as possible so we can give you an accurate assessment. We will agree a price before we come out and see you. We will usually pay by bank transfer at the time of collection.

Will you inform the DVLA?
No, it is the sellers responsibility, however we can do this online if you wish but only between 7am and 7pm, as the DVLA does not allow it outside of these hours.

Will I received a Certificate of Destruction?
No, we are not an Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF) and so therefore cannot issue you with a certificate.

Do you just collect motorcycles and scooters?
No, we can collect trikes, horse boxes, trailers, pit bikes, mopeds, quad bikes and ride-on-lawnmowers too!
